What if access lasted only as long as the task?
An agent should be able to use a tool or service without receiving permanent access to everything around it. UltraNow is extending its session-based access model to AI agents: request a resource, receive a bounded grant, and release it when the work ends.
Agent access is in development. Today’s service manages supported Google license access for teams using Workspace identity.
Make access part of the task
We’re designing grants that identify the agent, the task, the resource it may use, and the duration of access. The aim is to make approval, allocation, expiry, and revocation part of one understandable lifecycle.
Tools, service accounts, and software licenses have different constraints. Access must respect the provider’s permissions and licensing terms; a human seat cannot simply be assumed to support automation or reassignment.
The foundation is UltraNow’s existing Google license service for teams. Administrators approve users through Workspace groups, users activate a session, and access ends with the session. Agent grants and integrations are the next stage of the product.

Permission and availability
An agent can be approved to use a resource without a slot or supported license being available. Grants need to account for both authority and capacity.
Access that actually ends
Completion, expiry, and revocation need to close the right access paths. The research includes what happens to in-flight work and resources that cannot be revoked immediately.
A grant and its enforcement
UltraNow is focused on who receives access, to what, and for how long. SecretProxy is focused on outbound request control and credential injection. Their future integration should preserve that distinction.
